本規約はPhraseloopのiPhone・iPadアプリに適用されます。Web版の規約は別です。

サービスと購入

区間リピート、速度調整、フレーズ保存、基本的な練習記録は無料で利用できます。Phraseloop Proの新規購入は現在準備中です。提供開始後の新規購入は、購入画面に表示する期間・価格・更新条件に従う自動更新サブスクリプションです。過去に買い切りProを購入した方の特典は継続します。Proでは複数の練習メニュー・課題、メニューを横断する復習候補、複数の演奏比較を利用でき、アプリ自身の広告を非表示にできます。購入の処理、復元、返金にはAppleの条件が適用されます。ProはYouTube側の広告を消しません。

動画と利用者の責任

YouTube動画の再生にはYouTubeの利用条件が適用されます。アプリはYouTube動画のダウンロード機能を提供しません。ローカル動画の取り込みと演奏比較には、ご自身が撮影した動画、または利用する権利のある動画だけを使用してください。第三者の権利や適用される法令・サービス規約を守ってください。

データと提供条件

ログインは任意です。GoogleまたはAppleでログインすると、同じアカウントのWeb版に保存されたYouTubeフレーズ、練習履歴、コレクションをアプリで表示できます。フレーズとコレクションはアプリから編集でき、ログイン後に新しく保存したYouTube記録もWebアカウントへ同期します。ログイン前に端末内で保存した練習データと取り込んだ動画はWeb版へ移行されません。端末内の記録はログイン中は非表示になり、ログアウトすると再び表示されます。端末の故障・紛失やアプリの削除に備え、必要な動画やデータはご自身で管理してください。機能の改善や不具合修正のためアプリを変更することがあります。本サービスは現状有姿で提供し、法令で認められる範囲で特定の成果や継続的な提供を保証しません。

These terms apply to the Phraseloop iPhone and iPad app. The web version has separate terms.

Service and purchase

Looping, speed control, saving phrases, and basic practice records are free. New Phraseloop Pro purchases are currently being prepared. Once available, new purchases will be auto-renewing subscriptions with the duration, price, and renewal terms shown on the purchase screen. Existing one-time Pro purchases keep their benefits. Pro unlocks multiple practice menus and tasks, review suggestions across menus, multiple performance comparisons, and removal of the app's own ads. Apple's terms govern purchase processing, restoration, and refunds. Pro does not remove YouTube ads.

Videos and your responsibilities

YouTube's terms apply to YouTube playback. The app does not offer YouTube downloads. Import only videos you recorded or have the right to use, and respect third-party rights, applicable law, and service terms.

Data and availability

Sign-in is optional. When you sign in with Google or Apple, you can view YouTube phrases, practice history, and collections saved to the same account on the web. You can edit phrases and collections in the app, and new YouTube records saved after sign-in also sync to that web account. Practice data and imported videos saved on your device before sign-in are not moved to the web. Local records are hidden while signed in and reappear after sign-out. Please manage copies of data you need in case of device loss, failure, or app deletion. We may update the app to improve it or fix problems. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided as is without a guarantee of a particular result or uninterrupted availability.
