プライバシーポリシー

PhraseLoop（以下「本サービス」）は、YouTubeの好きな区間をループ再生して練習を続けやすくするツールです。 本ポリシーはWeb版に適用されます。iOSアプリにはiOS版プライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

1. 取得する情報

• アカウント情報 — ログインする場合に、メールアドレス、または Apple・Googleアカウントから提供される識別子・メールアドレスを取得します。
• 練習データ — 利用者が保存したフレーズ（YouTubeのURL・区間・速度などの設定）、 練習記録、メモ、コレクションを保存します。
• 利用状況データ — アクセス解析のため、ページの閲覧状況などの匿名化された統計情報を取得する場合があります。

本サービスはログインなしでも利用できます。その場合、アカウント情報は取得しません。

2. 利用目的

• 本サービスの提供・維持（ログイン、データの保存・同期）
• 練習記録・コレクションなど、利用者本人の機能の提供
• 本サービスの品質改善・不具合の把握

アカウント情報や保存した練習データを第三者へ販売することはありません。Web版で広告を表示する場合は、下記の広告配信事業者が Cookie などを利用することがあります。

3. データの保存と管理

アカウント情報および練習データは、認証・データベース基盤として Supabase を利用して保存・管理しています。通信はすべて暗号化（HTTPS）されています。 各利用者のデータは本人のアカウントに紐づけられ、本人のみがアクセスできるよう制御しています。

4. 第三者サービス

• YouTube（Google LLC） — 動画再生にYouTube IFrame Player APIを利用しています。 動画はYouTubeのサーバーから配信され、再生に伴いGoogleが情報を取得する場合があります。 詳細はGoogleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
• Apple・Google（ログイン） — Sign in with Apple、Googleログインを提供する場合に、認証のため各社のサービスを利用します。
• アクセス解析 — Web版では、IPアドレスを匿名化した上でGoogleアナリティクスによる利用状況の計測を行う場合があります。
• Google AdSense — Web版で広告を表示する場合、Google とその広告パートナーが Cookie や同様の技術を利用し、過去の閲覧状況などに基づく広告の配信・計測・不正防止を行う場合があります。 Google と第三者配信事業者による情報の取り扱いについてはGoogle の広告に関する説明をご覧ください。 パーソナライズ広告はマイ アド センターで管理でき、第三者配信事業者による広告の選択はAboutAdsでも確認できます。EEA・英国・スイスなど、同意が必要な地域では同意画面から選択できます。

5. データの削除

利用者はいつでもWeb版のアカウントを削除できます。アカウントを削除すると、保存したフレーズ・練習記録・コレクション、 およびメールアドレスを含むアカウント情報はすべて削除され、復元できません。

6. お子様の利用について

本サービスは特定の年齢層を対象に個人情報を収集することを意図していません。

7. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーは必要に応じて改定されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本ページ上で告知します。

PhraseLoop (the "Service") is a tool that lets you loop and practice any section of a YouTube video. This policy applies to the web version. The iOS app has a separate privacy policy.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information — When you sign in, we collect your email address or the identifier provided by Apple or Google.
• Practice data — We store the phrases you save (YouTube URL, loop range, speed settings), practice records, notes, and collections.
• Usage data — We may collect anonymized statistics such as page views for analytics purposes.

You can use the Service without signing in. In that case, no account information is collected.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service (login, data storage and sync)
• To deliver user-specific features such as practice records and collections
• To improve the Service and identify issues

We do not sell account information or saved practice data to third parties. If ads are shown on the web version, the advertising providers described below may use cookies and similar technologies.

3. Data Storage

Account and practice data are stored and managed using Supabase as our authentication and database infrastructure. All communication is encrypted via HTTPS. Each user's data is tied to their account and accessible only by that user.

4. Third-Party Services

• YouTube (Google LLC) — We use the YouTube IFrame Player API for video playback. Videos are served from YouTube's servers, and Google may collect information in connection with playback. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• Apple / Google (Sign-in) — We use Sign in with Apple and Google Sign-In for authentication.
• Analytics — The web version may use Google Analytics with anonymized IP addresses to measure usage.
• Google AdSense — If ads are shown on the web version, Google and its advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on prior visits and to prevent abuse. See Google's advertising information for details. You can manage personalized ads in My Ad Center and review choices for third-party vendors at AboutAds. Where consent is required, including the EEA, UK and Switzerland, you can choose through the consent message.

5. Data Deletion

You can delete your web account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes all saved phrases, practice records, collections, and account information including your email address. This action cannot be undone.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page.
